Overview

Another one with limited access and limited space.  This a tight lot with a smaller backyard on the Isthmus.  The challenge was to create as much usable space as possible, with a unique design.  The homeowner had a vision (a good one!), and Acer executed.

Before the Work Began

We started with a blank slate of a backyard and the mission of tying into the brand new deck and stairs the homeowners had commissioned during their home renovation.  

Construction

Pavers going in, working to blend two colors in a herringbone pattern.  The longer length of these pavers offer a more modern look compared to a traditional Holland brick paver.

Finished Two-Tone Patio

The contrast of the two brick colors really adds a stylish, modern tone to this patio. This is an example of using very simple materials in a creative way to make a big impact.
